“We learn about our partners’ traditions” |
A
brochure which describes chosen festivals and traditions
connected with them. We described Bonfire Night (celebrated
in England), Andrew’s Day (celebrated in Poland), Epiphany
(French festival), Kalevala’s Day (Finnish festival) and
Greek Carnival. The brochure consists of photos and
descriptions how to celebrate these festivals. |
2.
“Finland” |
Computer
presentation about Finnish festival called “Kalevala’s Day”.
It includes basic information about this beautiful country
and photos taken while the project meeting in May 2007. It
can be used while Biology classes as didactic material |
3. "Fauna and flora" |
Brochures made by pupils who described plants and animals
typical for each country. They were made while IT classes;
pupils computers to write the texts and surfed the Internet
to find out information. |
4.
"Kalevala" |
Computer presentation about Finnish national hero, Kalevala.
It includes summaries and illustrations made to different
issues of it. It may be very useful while teaching about
Europe. It was prepared on the occasion of celebrating
Kalevala’s Day in our school. |
5. "Fauna and flora" |
Computer
presentation made by pupils while IT lessons and Computer
Club classes which includes certain plants and animals
living in Great Britain, Finland, France, Greece and Poland.

Plants books |
Plants books made by pupils. Leaves were collected while
school trips then left to dried out and put into special
albums. Pupils made descriptions of them using computers and
the Internet. |

Logo of our partnership |
We organised a
contest to choose the best works of our children. We chose
the best logo while the meeting in France made by Greek
pupils. |
8.
Birds’ canteen |
An album made by
pupils of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
forms. It consists of artistic works. |
9.
“We find out natural aspects of our region” |
A brochure which
lists a number of trips organised during the school year in
order to explore Polish flora, fauna, environmental
pollutions and environmental protection. It also includes a
number of photos. |

“Ecology for every day” |
A brochure which
describe our actions undertaken during a school year devoted
to environmental protection. The articles were written
during IT classes, and they can be used while ecological
education. |

“Friends of environment” |
It’s a brochure of
sayings and posters concerning protection of environment,
made by our pupils while IT classes. |
12.“Rubbish
is a serious case" |
Computer
presentation about rubbish segregation, useless electronic
and electric devices. This presentation was presented to
pupils, teachers and parents while the assembly on the
occasion of The Earth‘s Day celebrated in our school. It
may be used in didactic work. |

A display of
materials, works and products of all the partners made
during the three years. |

A set of questionnaires |
A set of
questionnaires for pupils, teachers and parents to evaluate
the project. This set may be used as an example to evaluate
similar actions. |

Ecological mini dictionaries made by pupils while English
classes. Pupils used computers; their dictionaries may be
used in didactic work. |

electronic version which may be very helpful in didactic

We gave information
about our actions to local press and put them on the school
website and on the city council’s website. |

Comenius Day |
We organised Comenius Day to sum up all the actions
undertaken during the last three years through the
performance and songs which were singing in our partners’
languages, computer presentations and Greek dance. |

The school website
includes a lot of information about the aims of the project,
tasks, and partner schools’ websites. There are also many
photos which documents our activities undertaken during the
three years. |
